I've heard Demi Lovato is kinda chubby but i've only seen skinny pictures of her.

    I wouldn't say she is fat. That is very mean. She is just thick and curvy. I think she is beautiful.

    Maybe the one's you have seen are more recent. She may have lost weight as she gained popularity.
