because tupac and biggie are real rappers. let me guess, you are a teenage white girl? thats exactly who all those artists are aimed at. tupac and biggie didn't aim at anyone, they just made real music, good music, and it wasn't bullshi*. It was what they were feeling, and most of it told a story. Not just, you're hot, I wanna f*ck you etc.
TuPac was more than a rapper, he was a poet. Have you ever read A Rose That Grew In The Concrete? That's some deep stuff. TuPac was controversial but some how he drew me in. A shear genius, way before his time! Biggie was ok, but he was no TuPac. Lil' Wayne is a moron for that fact being his songs make ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE as well as Soulja Boy. How in God's name are they even considered real hip-hop/rap artists? Lil' Wayne is worse than Snoop Dogg (I love Snoop, he's awesome!) when it comes to smoking weed, and he has no class nor is he even educated., same with Soulja Boy. I'm sorry but my 4 year old cousins could write better rap material than the both of them. I have no problem with Nicki Minaj, she's cool.
Not everyone just likes Biggie and Tupac; I see other people put Wale, Kanye West, Jay-Z,Drake, and other people. But I just think Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy just make rhymes about anything, make random noises/ can't understand wat they're saying, and don't make any sense. Nikki Minaj I use to like her but she is just annoying she doesn't rap she just shouts her rhymes at perfomances, like calm down and take some Ritalin.
